InspectaCheck is a custom-built platform that helps New Zealand home buyers access or request building inspection reports by simply searching an address. Developed entirely in-house by The Suburbs, this project reflects our focus on clarity, performance, and localisation.
We built InspectaCheck to simplify what is traditionally a slow, manual process in the real estate space. From search functionality to city and suburb landing pages, the platform is optimised for mobile buyers, fast data delivery, and future scaling.
InspectaCheck was designed from the ground up with a focus on performance, usability, and scale. We prioritised a minimalist interface that loads instantly and adapts cleanly across devices. The navigation is frictionless, the forms are simplified, and every page is purposefully structured to aid discoverability and conversion. We integrated smart caching, dynamic page generation, and modular code architecture to ensure long-term maintainability and SEO performance across thousands of unique property pages.
InspectaCheck is a fully custom full-stack application, hosted on Vercel with a PostgreSQL database managed via Neon. The platform is designed for scale and flexibility, with a fast serverless backend and dynamic routing for address and city-level content.
